Wide bodykits are themed on the popular lemans and other race cars. A standard car body is flared out to make way for wider wheels and a wider wheelbase. This Mercedes has a distincitve wide bodykit which has become a feature of the car rather than just bolting on some wide arches. The sills and even doors carry on most of the width the length of the car.
