There are plenty of restored Beetles around but this roadster is amazing.  We like the colour and the overall effect and it has a striking white leather interior.

Car tuning

Rather than keeping the bubble wheel arches we have open wheels without mudguards (Incidentally it is illegal to have uncovered wheels in the UK on the roads.) Subtle alterations include a chopped lower roof line, note the crease along the side above the doors and an overall smoothed look with pod mounted headlights. A car like this is just at home on a drag strip as it would be cruising around the coast roads in the US!
