
The original Ford GT40 was named because it was 40 inches high. The new version is 43 inches high and ford have decided to drop the 40 and just call it the GT. The new and old versions really do look the same and are hard to tell apart unless you have them side by side.
It is certainly good to see Ford ressurect such a stunning Icon from the past. This looks good in white with 2 vertical stripes. The bonnet vents are also aesthetically pleasing. We hope more makers take a leaf out of Fords book and ressurect their classic cars with a modern twist.
