Try a chap called Country Bumpkin on the TorqueCars forum http://www.torquecars.com/forums/f8/back-road-last-my-gto-9021/#post85568 he is GTO specialist and may even be able to supply some or at least point you all in the right direction.

Just buy a Mazda RX-7 headlight kit from eBay and customize it to fit your 3000GT/Stealth. I did that with mine and I think that it looks better than the one pictured above.
